1 package won-ton wrappers
1 lb of Gunzey's Hot Sausage (4 sausages) removed from the casings
1 jar of salsa
1 cup of cheddar cheese
toppings - lettuce, cheese, salsa, black olives, and sour cream optional
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Place wrappers into muffin tins I normally use two wrappers per cup. Form the wrappers into the the cup of the pan. Brown the sausage when it is done add half of the jar of salsa a little at a time you don’t want the mixture to be too wet. You may not want to use that much salsa. After you mixed everything together put the sausage and salsa mixture into the cups top with the cheddar cheese and bake for 8 mins. Top with your desired toppings.
