Alfredo Sauce


  • 1/2 lb. Gunzey’s Hot Sausage (2 sausages), removed from the casing
  • 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper


Cook sausage in a sauce pan over medium heat. When cooked, add the butter and garlic until it melts, then add the heavy cream and cream cheese. Heat until bubbling (do not bring to a boil). Add the parmesan cheese until it melts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve over your favorite pasta.
