Sausage Cheese Balls
- 3 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 1 lb of Gunzey’s Hot or Sweet Sausage (4 sausages) removed from the casing
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary crushed
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
Heat oven to 350 degrees use a cookie sheet with parchment or nonstick foil. Stir all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. If it is too dry add a little extra milk. Shape into 1 inch balls place on the cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 mins.
